That link only takes us to the login page using the default theme. Most forums do not allow theme changes unless registered and logged in. I am sure this one is the same. What exactly is malicious about a theme? What do you allege that it does?

and it's malicious in that blocks the user from changing their account options via a blank image. the drop down boxes are told not to render with display set to false, sending pms to anyone is disabled. Pretty much, all account functions are blanked out with block pages or told not to display.

can this theme be downloaded anywhere? if it can not be I am not sure anything can be done. people are free to modify their themes how they see fit. can you take a screenshot of what you are talking about? does it happen on other themes on that forum?
